At sign-up a representative will set up an initial consultation to schedule your lessons as per the lesson plan selected, your availability and available time slots.
After the initial consultation for requirements all lessons for the plan will be scheduled on a recurring weekly term.
All lessons are held on Zoom cloud meetings platform. As a customer, you are responsible to acquire access to hardware (device) and software (Zoom App (Free) ) necessary to attend these lessons.
If you cancel the course booking within 14 calendar days of receiving your order confirmation and before the start of the course without giving any reason, you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid.
Cancellations and refunds in circumstances outside those described above, and/or following the expiry of the 14-day cancellation period, are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Cancellation and Refund policy. For the avoidance of doubt, the cancellation period will expire 14 days after the date of the Order Confirmation on upon the commencement of the course, whichever comes first.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
If you start to use our services during the cancellation period (i.e. if the course commences during the 14-day cancellation period) and/or if a live lesson has been held ( i.e. via zoom ), no refund will be payable.
If you wish to unsubscribe from any online course or lessons plan, you will not be billed after the completion of the period that has already been billed. You may be entitled to lesson credits for any lessons that were already billed but were due to be held after your cancellation date, subject to Quran Online Home's sole discretion. Any lesson credits issued are valid upto 3 months after they are issued.
Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to our programs and lesson plans Quran Online Home reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any course or lesson plan. If for any reason we cancel a course or lesson plans, any lessons that are billed and have not yet been held will be refunded in full.
